Tecsun Radios Australia is the licensed agent for Tecsun Radios in Australia and New Zealand, and also manufactures radios for several other brands including Grundig, Kaito, and Eton.
Our team is focused on providing high quality, affordable radios to the market, proliferating the hobby of amateur radio and shortwave listening, and providing a high quality service and specialist advice for long-time appreciators of the hobby. Our commitment to our customers is to endeavour to carry all models of radio in stock, have a fundamental understanding of how each radio model operates, and provide specialist advice on fringe radio reception.
When you purchase a radio from Tecsun Radios Australia you are supporting a small Australian business that supports local jobs and local industry. We conduct all of our product research and development, warehousing, marketing, advertising, and printing locally and even source our Australian pinned AC chargers with C tick approval from an Australian supplier. Tecsun Radios Australia also extends a wealth of product knowledge and experience to customers to ensure customers receive the best advice and get the most from their radio purchase. Tecsun Radios Australia also provides the warranty on purchases in Australia and carries a range of spare parts to facilitate repairs.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Tecsun Radios Australia offers a range of shipping options via Australia Post and DHL that are determined by your delivery address. The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address.
All orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday (except Australian public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.
During peak Christmas times, deliveries may take longer. Please note, on rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages and cause a delivery delay that Tecsun Radios Australia takes no responsibility for.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM?
If you have received a radio that is damaged or faulty, please contact us by sending us an email to hello@tecsunradios.com.au. We will quickly help to resolve the issue and we will give you options for a replacement radio or a refund, whichever is most convenient for you.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, all Tecsun Radios Australia radios and accessories come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
During the warranty period, Tecsun Radios Australia customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Tecsun Radios Australia customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If any defect in materials or workmanship in product sold by Tecsun Radios Australia is identified and notified to us within the warranty period then we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. Tecsun Radios Australia does not accept any liability beyond this for consequential loss. Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was not caused by, or was not substantially contributed to by, other factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to): defective installation, maintenance, or repair; alterations or modifications of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer; or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.
To make a warranty claim, you must return the product to Tecsun Radios Australia within the warranty period with an original invoice and proof of purchase to provide warranty period start date.
Warranty repairs or replacement of goods is free of charge however, freight charges to return products to Tecsun Radios Australia under a warranty claim is the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping to the customer of the repaired or replacement product from Tecsun Radios Australia will be the responsibility of Tecsun Radios Australia and sent via a service level at Tecsun Radios Australia’s discretion.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
You will be refunded the price of the product via the same payment method you used to make the purchase. It may take several working days for the refund to appear in your account after we’ve received and inspected your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
